any picture comes to my mind,
i try to give it a body of words,
love to sit on other blooms,
for honey, color, fragrance........
ha. he should have been there...to see them lift off with the lake in hand..or claw...ha, would be cool.
Poor Ganges dolphin sighing.. really an interesting sound from that one.. not to forget that pond.. :-)
Enjoying thinking about the ravens flying away with the pond, Sumana. That would be quite a feat indeed! Smiles.
I really enjoyed the fantastic qualities & events in this piece; part fable, part flarf; rocking the prompt imaginatively. Thanks for sharing.
I wanted to read more....lovely write with spirit uplifting.
Nice, the ending made me smile ~ Good one Sumana ~
i liked the strength in your short lines
Groovy piece. The last image of Joel Robinson makes me think of Mystery Science Theater 3000- was this your intent?
What a great image you conjured up with these velvet ravens flying away with the pond, before throwing in some confusion by mentioning the Ganges. A great piece!
What an awesome picture you have sketched with your words, Sumana. Wonderful imagery!
fine imagery - is there a legend behind it ?
oh...the ravens flying with pond...wonderful Sumana
Ha ha ha, this one's surreal!
oh that would be quite a sight - ha - what a fun take...
Beautiful: "The Ganges dolphin sighed"
I like the image of the ravens flying away with the lake. I can picture it but there's no way I could draw what I see. Thanks for invoking such a vivid image.
Cool imagery with velvet ravens flying off with a pond. Interesting reference to Joel Robinson. If same one I am thinking of, he'd have had a very interesting commentary I'm sure!!! Nicely done!
Brilliant clever write.Anna :o]
