WHERE YOU’RE AT

It’s a cool, cool world
Where blooms speak in green silence
Calling the sunbird

It’s a cheerful world
Where Nature abounds in food
Hearts pray for long winter

It’s a cruel world
Where pavement dwellers dream fire
Curse fog and their stars

  7. Our appreciation of weather and seasons and place should be just that - an appreciation of all we are given. It is neither inherently good nor bad. It just is what we have.

  11. Strong, mythic images. For me, it conquered up a vision of an elaborate, almost surreal painting filled with contrasts.
